Asian Eye Institute in the Philippines is seeking a full-time IT End User Support Associate to provide first-level technical support and ensure uninterrupted IT operations. You will monitor IT systems, safeguard data security, execute backups, and contribute to disaster recovery planning.

Responsibilities include handling first-line inquiries, documenting issues, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields as stated.
• At least 2 years of IT/telecommunications experience with IT service delivery exposure.
• Able to communicate effectively and work with teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT end-user support to resolve issues and ensure productivity.
• Document and track issues, escalate when needed, and suggest preventative improvements.
• Support asset and systems management, backups, and incident response.
• Participate in IT projects and ensure compliance with standards.
