Job summary

Integrated Security and Automation Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an IT Support professional to assist with in-house app/system deployments, hardware and software installation, and end-user support to ensure stable computing infrastructure.

You will troubleshoot applications and hardware, provide practical solutions, document processes, and collaborate across departments. A degree in IT or related field, strong problem solving, and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• College or University degree in IT or a related discipline/equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Knowledgeable in providing technical and application support.
• Knowledgeable in hardware and software troubleshooting and application installation.

Responsibilities

• Performs installation, maintenance and support of hardware and software.
• Troubleshoots assigned applications and hardware problem in a timely fashion.
• Provide and/or recommend potential solution for application and hardware faults.
• Polite and professional communication with end-users.
• Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and co-workers.
• Helps users in resolving basic problems and/or concerns.
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
• Provides documentation and/or checklist as required in support IT services.
• Testing and evaluating new technology.
• Other relevant tasks as required.
