Job summary

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, network, and server-related issues.

You will handle end-user devices, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, while delivering Level 2/3 support for AE infrastructure under the IT Manager. The role requires a Bachelor's degree with relevant certifications and 4 years of LAN, network, servers, and PC experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT field, MCP/MCSA/MCSE/MCITP/CCNA or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of LAN, network, servers, and PC experience.
• Proficiency with Windows OS, Outlook, Office, Active Directory, DHCP.
• Experience with enterprise-grade IT infrastructure and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 IT support for hardware, software, network, and server issues.
• Log, monitor, and resolve IT requests via Service Desk system.
• Offer desktop and end-user support, including device setup.
• Install and maintain software, PCs, printers, and network gear.
• Deploy new PCs and maintain asset records.
• Escalate advanced issues and coordinate with vendors/purchasing.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with IT management on priorities.
