Synlink Recruitment Outsourcing Co. Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a results-driven sales professional to identify and convert new business opportunities in the IT solutions space. The role focuses on IT managed services, cloud offerings, and cybersecurity solutions for clients.

You will conduct client meetings, present proposals and demonstrations, and build lasting relationships while managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or any related course.
• 1-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IT Managed Services, Technology, or SaaS industry.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity solutions is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Promote and sell IT solutions, managed services, cloud services, software, and cybersecurity solutions to clients.
• Conduct client meetings to understand business needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closing.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements with clients.
