Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in network management (LAN/WAN/WLAN) and hardware/software servicing.
• Strong knowledge of computer networking and hardware/software operation.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 technical support through installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware, software, and networks.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues, manage warranties, and ensure IT compliance.
• Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory for transparency and efficiency.
• Support IT projects by coordinating requirements and testing procedures.
• Pursue continuous learning and act as Subject Matter Expert in IT initiatives.
