Job summary

Boomering Inc is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide Level 1–2 technical support to users onsite in Clark, Pampanga. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, and phone systems, manage tickets, and contribute to knowledge base documentation.

The role requires a degree in information technology or related field, 2–4 years of experience, and the ability to support both onsite and remote users. Salary is Php 35,000 with standard benefits and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant IT support experience in a business/enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting onsite and remote users preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1–2 IT support to onsite and remote users.
• Diagnose hardware, software, OS, network, and application issues.
• Configure and troubleshoot Windows/Linux desktops, servers, and network devices.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Manage support tickets, escalate when needed, and ensure timely resolutions.
