Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 technical support through installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware, software, and network systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and ensure IT compliance.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation and equipment/software inventory.
• Support IT project implementation by coordinating requirements, monitoring progress, and conducting site surveys and testing.
• Pursue continuous learning and contribute as a Subject Matter Expert in IT initiatives.
