TGT Global is hiring an IT Support Engineer to deliver comprehensive technical support for our MSP partners and their clients from our Eastwood office. You will handle incidents, troubleshoot devices and networks, and coordinate with teams to ensure service quality.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a customer service or technical role, solid knowledge of AD and Windows 11, and strong communication skills. This is an onsite, day-shift role in Eastwood City, Philippines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Customer Service or technical support role.
• Knowledge of Ticketing CRM systems.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge in Active Directory, O365 or similar cloud services.
• Strong desktop knowledge with Windows 11.
• Diagnose and rectify WAN and LAN issues, including ADSL-based technologies.
• Practical PC hardware repair experience is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to change quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• AMENABLE TO WORK ONSITE: Eastwood Day Shift.
