Job summary

TGT Global in Eastwood, Philippines, is hiring a Network Support Engineer to provide comprehensive technical support to MSP partners and their clients.

Ideal candidates have experience in technical or product support, basic networking knowledge (routing, switching, and firewalls), strong English communication, and a customer‑focused approach. The role involves troubleshooting, guiding customers, and collaborating with Engineering, Partner Success and Sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical or product support, preferably in a customer-facing role.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including routing, switching, and firewalls.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Professional and customer-focused approach.
• Good to have: Basic Python/BASH, SQL, Zendesk, JIRA, Slack, or experience with Cisco, Fortinet, and SonicWall.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and accurate technical support through chat, email, phone, and web.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical issues.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and solutions.
• Manage a high volume of support requests while maintaining service quality.
• Work closely with Engineering, Partner Success, and Sales teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to support product improvements.
• Maintain and update knowledge base articles and support documentation.
• Build positive and long‑term customer relationships.
• Document customer issues, solutions, and feedback accurately.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated on product features and technical processes.
• Support other technical and customer service initiatives as needed.
