Job summary

Lidl & Kaufland Asia Pte. Limited is seeking an IT Project Administrator to support end-to-end IT digitisation projects.

You will report to the IT Project Manager and collaborate with the IT & Business Project team to coordinate activities, track progress, and maintain project documentation. The role requires 2-4 years in project coordination, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Google Workspace and Jira or MS Project.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, business, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or project support.
• Good organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Jira or MS Project.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work with various stakeholders.
• Strong team player and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track project activities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with business users, project teams, and vendors to schedule tasks.
• Organize meetings, workshops, and status updates.
• Prepare meeting minutes and track action items.
• Maintain project documentation and repositories.
• Assist in preparing status reports, dashboards, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations with the PM.
• Track milestones and deliverables and follow up on progress.
• Provide admin and governance support to the Project Manager and team.
• Support testing, training, deployment and other activities as needed.
