Job summary

Lidl & Kaufland Asia Pte. Limited is seeking an HR Systems Manager to lead SAP HR and SAP SuccessFactors EC implementations across the Asia region.

You will bridge regional HR with German counterparts, configure systems, test thoroughly, and drive HR technology improvements to streamline processes and reduce risk. The role requires 5+ years in HR systems, strong project management and data analytics skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting and configuring HR systems (preferably SAP/SF).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Information Systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German language skills beneficial for system communications.

Responsibilities

• Act as escalation point for SAP HR and SuccessFactors EC across the L&K Asia region.
• Bridge between regional HR and German counterparts (LINT) for HR technology projects.
• Hands-on system configuration, end-to-end user testing and process optimization in HR.
• Lead on-the-ground implementation of HR transformation projects focusing on automation and efficiency.
• Instil data discipline and metrics across HR systems and processes for end-user efficiency.
• Manage day-to-day operational support and ticket resolution with the HRIS team.
