GECO Asia Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise IT projects spanning ERP, HRIS, networking, and cloud initiatives. You will manage cross‑functional teams, govern project delivery, and ensure successful implementation of complex systems.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, governance, and execution discipline with hands-on experience in infrastructure projects and IT operations. Collaboration with security and IT teams is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in enterprise environments.
• Proven end-to-end IT project delivery from initiation to closure.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, governance, reporting, and communication frameworks.
• Experience managing enterprise IT systems and infrastructure projects (ERP, HRIS, networking, cloud).
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project and Jira.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end IT project delivery using structured project management frameworks.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
• Track project progress and drive accountability across teams.
• Establish project governance structures and reporting processes.
• Manage communication with stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams.
• Provide regular project updates, risk reports, and executive summaries.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical deliverables.
• Identify, analyze, and proactively manage project risks and dependencies.
• Lead issue resolution and ensure timely escalation when required.
• Manage project changes related to scope, schedule, cost, and requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation for project decisions and approvals.
• Work with engineering, IT operations, security, and business teams for successful implementations.
