Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in coordination, planning, documentation, or stakeholder management.
• Strong written and verbal English communication, with ability to prepare clear reports and documentation.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills to interpret data and prepare accurate reports.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail and ability to collaborate across teams and adapt to changing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor marketing projects and initiatives, ensuring activities, timelines and deliverables remain on track.
• Assist in developing project schedules, action plans, and task assignments to support timely project execution.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather updates, clarify requirements, and address project-related concerns.
• Organize meetings, prepare meeting notes, document action items, and track progress on assigned tasks.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers, reports and other relevant records.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or challenges, and communicate updates to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Support the coordination of marketing campaigns, content initiatives, events, and other departmental activities.
• Prepare progress reports and summaries using spreadsheets and other project tracking tools.
• Assist in improving coordination processes, documentation practices, and workflows to support team efficiency.
