Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing IT projects in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience implementing digital warehouse solutions (WMS, WES, automation).
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of digital warehousing projects from concept to closure.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resources, risk management, and communication plans.
• Manage budgets and track expenditures to keep projects within financial constraints.
• Coordinate with IT, operations, supply chain and external vendors for seamless execution.
• Identify, analyze and mitigate risks; develop contingency plans and solutions.
• Communicate project status and challenges to stakeholders regularly and clearly.
• Ensure adherence to P&G IT PM methodologies and best practices.
• Facilitate change management for smooth adoption of new solutions.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify improvements and learnings.
