Lidl & Kaufland Asia Pte. Limited seeks an experienced Project Manager for LINT Special Projects to streamline non-commercial procurement for employee merchandise.

The role acts as the main liaison across Lidl International (LINT), Lidl & Kaufland Asia (LKA) and internal/external stakeholders, driving standardisation and efficiency in workflows and budgets. You will coordinate cross-category planning, manage project milestones, and lead meetings to keep initiatives on track while ensuring

Qualifications

• Experience navigating large enterprise structures and product portfolios.
• Deep familiarity with WoNs and cross-category products.
• Excellent ability to influence and communicate across departments and international teams.
• Strong background in operational planning, milestone tracking, and standardisation.
• Ability to structure non-standard/special projects proactively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central point of contact between LINT, LKA and stakeholders.
• Drive cross-category operational planning for hardlines and textile categories.
• Implement standardised templates and digital processes to reduce manual workload.
• Lead meetings, align expectations, and resolve bottlenecks across teams.
• Oversee budget tracking and ensure transparent use of budgets per WoN.
