Job summary

Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. is seeking an ERP Project Coordinator to support planning, monitoring, and execution of ERP transformation initiatives in Pasay.

You will organize meetings, prepare executive materials, and maintain documentation across cross-functional teams. The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, PMO support, or related roles.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Exposure to PMO activities, project management methodologies, or transformation programs is an advantage.
• Experience in ERP, technology, business transformation, or corporate project environments is preferred.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage.
• Able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the PMO Project Manager in planning, monitoring, and following up on ERP project activities, deliverables, and action items.
• Organize project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions, including scheduling and coordination of participants.
• Prepare project presentations, meeting materials, reports, status updates, and other project-related documents.
• Record and maintain meeting minutes, project decisions, action items, risks, and issues.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date project files, trackers, templates, logs, and documentation.
• Monitor project milestones, deadlines, deliverables, and overall progress against established plans.
• Gather and consolidate updates and requirements from business, technical, and other project stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing project governance materials, management reports, and executive presentations.
• Support effective communication and coordination between business teams, technical teams, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure project records, reports, and documentation are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
• Assist with data gathering, basic project analysis, and other administrative requirements related to the ERP transformation.
• Provide general project coordination support to help ensure the timely completion of ERP project objectives.
