Job summary

Amadeus is seeking a Delivery Specialist (IT/Project Management) in the Philippines to support the delivery of airline projects and related services. The role requires coordinating planning, tracking progress, and maintaining governance across initiatives, while ensuring security and reliable operations.

The ideal candidate will have a IT-related degree, ITIL/SAFe preferences, and a demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or equivalent practical experience.
Certification in IT Systems, ITIL Foundations, or SAFe preferred but not required.
Experience in airline, travel, or technology industries is an advantage.
Prior exposure to Amadeus products (Reservations, Fares & Pricing, or Ticketing) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project planning, milestones, and governance activities.
Track project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and provide clear status updates.
Facilitate effective communication and alignment between stakeholders.
Support project documentation, dashboards, and reporting for leadership visibility.
Manage day-to-day operations of security systems to ensure reliability and protection.
Monitor systems, perform regular backups, and maintain user accounts in line with established security protocols.
Contribute to safeguarding company data across desktop, mobile, and network environments.
Collaborate with colleagues to promote security awareness and best practices.
Conduct risk assessments, monitor network activity, perform audits, and apply security patches regularly.
