Job summary

Amadeus IT Group S.A. in Taguig (BGC) is seeking a Delivery Associate (Travel) to support large-scale implementations of Amadeus products for Airlines, Travel Agencies, and others.

You will set up and configure a diverse range of products, handle high-volume requests, adhere to guidelines, and collaborate across teams to improve efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in IT/implementation within travel, knowledge of ServiceNow and Salesforce, and a solid understanding of GDS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Engineering or Tourism/relevant work experience.
• 2-3 years hands-on IT/implementation experience in travel industry.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Salesforce knowledge of Amadeus products is a plus.
• Knowledge of Global Distribution System and impact of incidents on clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage Basic services part of Core Implementation Services catalog requests per guidelines and SLAs.
• Prioritize requests based on urgency and importance; manage SLAs.
• Master tools for execution: GOT for orders reception, Maestro for execution.
• Work autonomously within defined processes; make standard decisions.
• Receive guidance from senior roles; monitor status of assignments.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or project leads.
• Follow security training; stay informed on security guidelines.
• Handle IR/PTR investigations; ensure timely resolution.
• Manage requests with right priority; uphold customer satisfaction.
• Oversee industrialized implementation activities and security services to ensure smooth operations.
