Job summary

Amadeus is seeking an Integration Consulting Specialist in Metro Manila. The role involves pre-sales support for integration matters, providing consulting on integration between Amadeus systems and client systems, and managing product/solution integration schedules.

Post-implementation support and process improvement are also expected. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in product integration within travel, strong XML and web services knowledge, and good communication and project

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field or equivalent
• Experience in product integration, product implementation, service design, and onboarding in travel industry
• Strong understanding of XML structures and web services interfaces
• Excellent communication, project management and customer-facing skills

Responsibilities

• Support sales with demos and integration solutions for customer requests
• Provide advisory/consulting on integration between Amadeus systems and customer systems
• Manage integration schedules and reporting to management
• Perform final sign-off/certification prior to production
• Deliver post-implementation consultancy and adoption support
• Identify issues, root causes and propose process improvements
