Job summary

Amadeus in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking a Delivery Specialist (IT/Project Management) to support the implementation and delivery of assigned projects, including airline deliveries and related services, on a hybrid schedule.

You will coordinate planning, track progress, mitigate risks, and collaborate with stakeholders while ensuring security and governance. The role requires a bachelor’s in IT/CS, familiarity with ITIL/SAFe, and willingness to work 2–3 days onsite weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or equivalent.
• ITIL Foundations or SAFe certification preferred but not required.
• Experience in airline, travel, or technology sectors is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Amadeus products (Reservations, Fares & Pricing, or Ticketing) is beneficial.
• Strong project management, planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills.

About The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Certification in IT Systems, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations, or SAFe preferred but not required.
• Experience in the airline, travel, or technology industries is an advantage.
• Prior exposure to Amadeus products (Reservations, Fares & Pricing, or Ticketing) is beneficial.
• Knowledge of the travel business environment, client impact analysis, and Amadeus fundamentals (history, business, technology, and organization).
• Demonstrated skills in project management, project planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication to support governance and execution activities.
• Effective communication and customer service abilities.
• Positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset that supports teamwork.
• Willingness to work in a rotating 24/7 support schedule, including weekends and holidays, with flexibility where possible.
• Comfortable with a hybrid setup (2–3 days onsite per week at BGC, Taguig).
