We are seeking an experiencedIT Project &Applications Manager (SAP QM & ESH)to lead the delivery, governance, and operationalmanagement of enterprise applications supportingQualityManagement (QM)andEnvironment,Safety & Health (ESH)functions. This role will drive end-to-end projectimplementations, oversee application performance and compliance, andcollaborate with global business and IT stakeholders to deliver innovative,scalable, and cost-effective solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strongproject management, SAP QM knowledge, IT service managementexpertise, andexperience working within international environments.

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end ITimplementation projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid deliverymethodologies.
• Plan, execute,monitor,and successfully deliver projects within agreed scope, budget, timeline,and quality standards.
• Oversee the operationalperformance, availability, compliance, and continuous improvement ofQuality & ESH applications.
• Ensure adherence to ITgovernance, security policies, compliance requirements, and enterprisestandards.
• Act as the primary liaisonbetween business stakeholders, key users, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Drive application lifecyclemanagement, including enhancements, upgrades, support, and roadmapplanning.
• Establish strong partnershipswith Quality, ESH, and cross-functional business teamstoidentifyopportunities for technology-driven improvements.
• Coordinate internal andexternal resources to ensure successful project execution and servicedelivery.
• Manage vendor relationships,escalations, service performance reviews, and contractual obligations.
• Support organizational changemanagement activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication,training, and user adoption initiatives.
• Monitor project risks,issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans while ensuring successfulproject outcomes.
• Promote IT Service Management(ITSM) best practices and continuous service improvement initiatives.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in ComputerScience, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Engineering,ora relateddiscipline.
• Minimum 8 years of overall ITexperience, including at least 5 years of full-cycle IT project deliveryexperience.
• Experience working withglobal, multicultural, and cross-functional teams in complex enterpriseenvironments.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experienceleadingend-to-end IT projectsusingAgile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• StrongexpertiseinProjectGovernance,including planning, budgeting, risk management, reporting, and stakeholderengagement.
• Hands-on experiencewithSap Quality Management (Sap QM)and strong technicalunderstanding of SAP applications and integrations.
• Strong knowledgeofChangeManagement,including user adoption, communication planning, training, and businessreadiness activities.
• Experience withIT ServiceManagement (ITIL)principles,service operations, incident management, and continuous improvementprocesses.
• Proven experience managingexternal vendors, service providers, and third-party partners.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience supportingEnvironment, Safety & Health (ESH)applicationsandprocesses.
• Knowledge of SAP EHS/ESHmodules and related business processes.
• ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile,Scrum, or other project management certifications.
• Experience in manufacturing,industrial, automotive, or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with applicationportfolio management, software lifecycle management, and enterprisearchitecture principles.
• Experience managing globalenterprise application implementations across multiple regions.
