Job summary

VISEO ASIA is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead successful SAP implementations, migrations, and enhancements across client environments. You will oversee scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced consulting setting.

The role requires strong SAP project delivery experience, leadership of cross-functional teams, and the ability to manage onshore and offshore resources while maintaining governance and quality throughout all project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of project management experience with at least 3 years managing SAP projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Proven experience managing global or regional enterprise projects.
• Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid approaches.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing project budgets and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, migration, rollout, upgrade, and transformation projects.
• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and issues.
• Manage project governance and compliance requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and executive status reviews.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams comprising SAP Functional Consultants, Technical Consultants, Developers, Architects, and Business Analysts.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore delivery teams.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and performance support to project team members.
• Foster collaboration and accountability within the project team.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Maintain RAID Logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, resource utilization, and project profitability.
• Track project expenditures and financial performance. Escalate critical risks and issues when necessary.
• Oversee project phases including: Discover, Design, Build, Test, Deploy.
• Ensure adherence to SAP Activate and project delivery methodologies.
• Support cutover planning and go-live activities.
• Ensure quality deliverables throughout all project phases.
• Establish project governance structures and reporting mechanisms.

• Monitor project KPIs and success metrics.
