GECO Asia Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end software implementation initiatives across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.
You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, budget, and schedule while ensuring SAP Quality Management (QM) integrations align with enterprise standards and governance. The role emphasizes vendor management, change facilitation, and continuous service improvement.
Lead and manage end-to-end IT implementation projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver projects within agreed scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
Oversee the operational performance, availability, compliance, and continuous improvement of Quality & ESH applications.
Ensure adherence to IT governance, security policies, compliance requirements, and enterprise standards.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, key users, IT teams, and external vendors.
Drive application lifecycle management, including enhancements, upgrades, support, and roadmap planning.
Establish strong partnerships with Quality, ESH, and cross-functional business teams to identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements.
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful project execution and service delivery.
Manage vendor relationships, escalations, service performance reviews, and contractual obligations.
Support organizational change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and user adoption initiatives.
Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans while ensuring successful project outcomes.
Promote IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices and continuous service improvement initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience, including at least 5 years of full-cycle IT project delivery experience.
Experience working with global, multicultural, and cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments.
Proven experience leading end-to-end IT projects using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
Strong expertise in Project Governance, including planning, budgeting, risk management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Hands-on experience with SAP Quality Management (SAP QM) and strong technical understanding of SAP applications and integrations.
Strong knowledge of Change Management, including user adoption, communication planning, training, and business readiness activities.
Experience with IT Service Management (ITIL) principles, service operations, incident management, and continuous improvement processes.
Proven experience managing external vendors, service providers, and third-party partners.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across business, IT, legal, and external stakeholders.
Experience supporting Environment, Safety & Health (ESH) applications and processes.
Knowledge of SAP EHS/ESH modules and related business processes.
ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or other project management certifications.
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, automotive, or regulated industries.
Familiarity with application portfolio management, software lifecycle management, and enterprise architecture principles.
Experience managing global enterprise application implementations across multiple regions.
