Job summary

GECO Asia Pte Ltd in Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines, seeks experienced IT Project & Service Delivery Managers to lead strategic technology initiatives across QM, EHS, GRC, and other enterprise domains. You will partner with global stakeholders to deliver reliable technology solutions and drive end-to-end project delivery.

You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, risks, and service delivery, ensuring operational excellence, system availability, and governance compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Eng or related field.
• 8+ years IT experience with project delivery and service management.
• Experience in multinational environments and vendor engagements.

Overview

We are seeking experienced IT Project & Service Delivery Managers to lead strategic technology initiatives and enterprise application services across multiple business domains including Quality Management, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), Governance, Risk & Compliance, Finance, Procurement, and Shared Services.

In these roles, you will drive end-to-end project delivery, service management, business engagement, vendor governance, and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering with global stakeholders to deliver reliable and business-focused technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver enterprise IT projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Own application services and ensure operational excellence, system availability, and service quality.
• Collaborate with business leaders, key users, IT teams, and external partners to implement technology solutions.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, governance, and compliance initiatives.
• Manage vendors, service providers, and third-party support partners.
• Ensure adherence to IT policies, security standards, and organizational governance frameworks.
• Support application lifecycle management, system enhancements, upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate change management, user adoption, and communication activities.
• Build strong relationships across global and cross-functional teams.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of IT experience with proven project delivery and service management experience.
• Experience working in multinational and cross-functional environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with external vendors and managing service delivery engagements.
