Job summary

Tap Growth ai is hiring an IT Project & Applications Manager (SAP QM & ESH) to lead enterprise applications for Quality Management and Environment, Safety & Health. You will drive end-to-end implementations, govern performance, and ensure compliance across global teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong SAP QM knowledge, IT service management expertise, and experience working in international environments, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to deliver scalable, cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years IT project delivery experience in global environments.
• Experience with SAP QM and enterprise applications is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT implementation projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methods.
• Oversee application performance, governance, and compliance for QM/ESH applications.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver scalable, cost-effective solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships, escalations, and service performance reviews.
• Support change management, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption initiatives.
