Job summary

GECO Asia Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives from planning through implementation and support. You will oversee governance of Quality Management applications and partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver effective technology solutions.

The role requires hands-on experience with ComplianceQuest and Salesforce, strong ITSM/ITIL knowledge, and collaboration across global teams to drive upgrades and change management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Business Informatics, or related field.
• 8+ years IT experience with 5+ years in project management.
• Proven experience delivering IT projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong project governance, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting Quality Management processes and systems.
• Hands-on experience with ComplianceQuest and Salesforce platforms.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM/ITIL) practices.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in a global environment.

• Experience supporting Quality Management processes and systems.

• Hands‑on experience with ComplianceQuest and Salesforce platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or ITIL certification.
