About the Role
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Setup: Hybrid
IT Consultant – QM & ESH Applications to lead and support strategic IT initiatives focused on Quality Management (QM) and Environment, Safety & Health (ESH) applications. This role combines project management, service management, stakeholder engagement, and application governance to ensure the successful delivery and operation of business-critical systems.
The ideal candidate possesses strong end-to-end project management expertise, a solid IT service management background, and experience collaborating with global teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead and support IT implementation projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
- Manage projects throughout the full lifecycle, from planning and execution to deployment and post-implementation support
- Deliver high-quality project outcomes on time and within budget
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and dependencies
- Ensure compliance with established governance frameworks and project standards
Application & Service Management
- Oversee the operation, performance, availability, and compliance of Quality & ESH applications
- Ensure applications are maintained efficiently while optimizing operational costs
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for support, maintenance, and enhancement activities
- Drive continuous service improvements and operational excellence
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with business users, key stakeholders, and IT teams to translate requirements into effective technology solutions
- Build strong relationships across functions to support strategic initiatives and business objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, IT, legal, and external service providers
IT Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to IT governance standards, policies, and security requirements
- Support compliance initiatives and promote best practices in project and service management
- Contribute to process improvements and governance enhancements within the Quality & ESH IT landscape
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience
- At least 5 years of full-cycle IT project management experience
- Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and tools
- Proven experience leading and coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong experience working with international and multicultural teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting or managing Quality Management (QM) and Environment, Safety & Health (ESH) applications
- Exposure to manufacturing, quality, compliance, or operational systems environments
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, Agile, or ITIL
Must-Have Skills
- Strong end-to-end Project Management and Governance experience
- Hands-on expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
- Experience with Change Management
- Strong knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management
- Proven Vendor Management experience
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex IT initiatives
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with SAP Quality Management (SAP QM)
- Technical understanding of SAP-related environments and integrations
- Experience with Quality, Compliance, Environmental, Safety, or Regulatory applications
