GECO Asia Pte. Ltd seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead global IT programs, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget. You will own end-to-end service delivery for enterprise applications and collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to align roadmaps with strategic goals.

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects from initiation through deployment, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
Own end-to-end service delivery and operational performance for assigned business applications and platforms.
Manage application lifecycle activities, including provisioning, enhancements, support, upgrades, and decommissioning.
Serve as the primary escalation point for critical service and application issues.
Collaborate with business leaders, key users, and IT teams to define technology roadmaps and deliver strategic solutions.
Oversee the availability, performance, security, and compliance of systems supporting Governance, Risk, Compliance, Integrity, and Legal operations.
Provide strategic IT consulting and advisory services to business stakeholders, helping align technology investments with organizational goals.
Drive adoption and continuous improvement of IT governance, project management, portfolio management, and service management practices.
Ensure compliance with enterprise IT standards, security policies, asset management requirements, and regulatory obligations.
Manage sourcing activities, supplier evaluations, contract negotiations, and vendor performance to ensure high-quality and cost-effective service delivery.
Coordinate global and cross-functional teams to support infrastructure integration and business solution deployment.

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience, including at least 5 years managing full lifecycle IT projects and enterprise applications.
Proven experience delivering global projects.
Experience leading programs, projects, or cross-functional initiatives without direct people management responsibility.
Proven expertise in IT Project Management, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
Strong experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and service ownership for enterprise business applications.
Experience managing application lifecycles, including implementation, support, upgrades, vendor coordination, and operational governance.
Strong business consulting and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
Experience managing global vendors and service providers, including contract governance, performance management, and service delivery oversight.
Knowledge of IT Governance, IT Policies, Security Controls, and Compliance Standards.
Experience supporting Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC), Legal, Ethics, or Integrity-related applications.
Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) or IT Service Management (ITIL).
Experience with enterprise portfolio and project management frameworks.
Exposure to software licensing management and IT asset management processes.
Experience working in multinational or highly regulated corporate environments.
Knowledge of sourcing, procurement, and vendor contract negotiation processes.
