Job summary

Pagaar India seeks an experienced IT Procurement Professional to lead procurement across IT hardware, infrastructure, and related solutions. You will manage vendor onboarding, RFQs/RFPs, and supplier negotiations to optimize costs and ensure timely delivery.

The role requires strong vendor management, sourcing, and cost-optimization skills, with collaboration across project teams to align procurement with targets and budgets.

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced IT Procurement Professional with strong procurement exposure within the IT System Integration, IT Infrastructure, OEM, or IT Distribution industry . The candidate should have excellent vendor management, sourcing, commercial negotiation, and cost optimization skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement of IT hardware, infrastructure products, equipment, and related solutions. Identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable vendors, OEMs, distributors, and suppliers. Handle RFQs/RFPs, collect quotations, and prepare detailed commercial comparisons. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery timelines, warranties, and other commercial terms with vendors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and technology partners. Coordinate with internal sales, technical, finance, operations, and project teams for procurement requirements. Ensure timely availability and delivery of materials as per project requirements. Prepare and process Purchase Orders and maintain procurement-related documentation. Monitor vendor performance, delivery commitments, quality, and service levels. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and procurement process improvement. Maintain procurement MIS, vendor databases, pricing records, and purchase reports. Ensure compliance with organizational procurement policies and approval processes.
