Job summary

Pagaar India seeks an experienced IT Procurement Professional to lead procurement across IT hardware, infrastructure, and related solutions. You will manage vendor onboarding, RFQs/RFPs, and supplier negotiations to optimize costs and ensure timely delivery.

The role requires strong vendor management, sourcing, and cost-optimization skills, with collaboration across project teams to align procurement with targets and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT procurement, hardware and infrastructure sourcing.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate terms.
• Familiarity with RFQ/RFP processes and supplier onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT procurement for hardware, infrastructure, and related solutions.
• Identify and onboard vendors, OEMs, distributors, and suppliers.
• Coordinate RFQs, quotes, and commercial comparisons; negotiate pricing and terms.
• Maintain vendor performance, delivery, and service level records.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and approval processes.
