Job summary

Concentrix Makati is seeking a Sr. Technical Representative IT Ops to provide basic system-level support across desktops and devices.

You will install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software, and assist with voice telephony setups and trouble-shooting in a multi-user environment. Located in Makati, you will coordinate with engineering teams, perform routine antivirus and patch updates, conduct site checks, backups, and complete mandatory trainings within the required timeframe, helping

Qualifications

Basic troubleshooting of desktops and phones inside a multi-user environment.
Installation, configuration and maintenance of IT hardware and software tools.
Prepare, maintain and submit records of hardware/software inventory by site and system.

Responsibilities

Coordinate as smart hands with portfolio and engineering workgroups.
Provide basic telephony support for installation and troubleshooting on telephone sets and voicemail.
Perform hardware and software upgrades to peripheral equipment.
Attend to break/fix engagements as required by Situation Management.
Prepare, maintain and submit inventory reports by site and system.
Perform site maintenance and safety checks of assigned equipment.
Ensure antivirus definitions and Microsoft patches are updated as outlined by Desktop Engineering.
Perform backups for onsite servers.
Complete all assigned mandatory training within the timeframe.
