Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Technical I, IT Operations (TCF) in Quezon City to support hardware, software, and telephony services. The role emphasizes incident resolution, inventory control, and proactive system maintenance in a fast-paced IT environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields is required.
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral, are essential.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines is needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Active Directory required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with smart hands across Portfolio and engineering workgroups.
• Provide basic telephony support for installation and troubleshooting of telephone sets and voice mail.
• Perform hardware and software upgrades on peripheral equipment.
• Attend to break/fix engagements as required by Situation Management for tech issues from clients.
• Prepare, maintain and submit reports and records of hardware and software inventory by site and system.
• Perform site maintenance and safety checks of assigned equipment.
• Ensure antivirus definitions and Microsoft patches are updated per Desktop Engineering guidance.
• Perform backups for onsite servers.
• Provide on-call technical support as required.
• Spend 60-70% of time clearing trouble tickets and work orders promptly; correct errors as needed.
• Complete all mandatory trainings within the allotted timeframe.
• Participate in regular 1:1 meetings with direct manager/reports.
