Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is hiring a Sr. Technical Representative IT Ops (TCF) to provide fundamental system-level support for multi-user environments. The role covers desktops, phones, and related peripherals, with installation, configuration and maintenance responsibilities.

The position requires basic troubleshooting skills, coordination with engineering teams, and timely reporting. Full-time on-site work in Makati, Philippines, supporting global clients and technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Fundamental knowledge of troubleshooting desktops, phones and related peripherals.
• Ability to perform hardware and software upgrades on peripheral equipment.
• Experience handling basic telephony setup and voicemail troubleshooting.
• Proactive in reporting and documenting hardware/software inventory by site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate as smart hands with different portfolio and engineering workgroups.
• Provide basic telephony support for installation and troubleshooting of telephone sets and voicemail.
• Perform hardware and software upgrades to peripheral equipment.
• Address break/fix issues raised by internal/external clients.
• Prepare and maintain inventory reports by site and system.
• Conduct site maintenance and safety checks on assigned equipment.
• Ensure antivirus definitions and Microsoft patches are up to date.
• Perform onsite server backups.
• Complete mandatory trainings within specified timeframes.
• Participate in regular 1:1 meetings with manager/direct reports.

The Technical Representative, IT Operations (TCF) works under general direction, provides basic system-level support of a multi-user operating system, hardware and software tools, including installation, configuration, maintenance and support of these systems. This position requires fundamental knowledge of basic troubleshooting of desktops, phones and computer related accessories.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate as smart hands with different portfolio and engineering workgroups


• Provide basic telephony support in performing installation and troubleshooting on telephone sets, and voice mailboxes


• Perform hardware and software upgrades to peripheral equipment


• Attend to break/fix engagement as required by Situation Management for technology related problems and issues received from both internal and external clients


• Prepare, maintain and submit reports and applicable records of computer hardware and software inventory by site and system


• Perform site maintenance and safety checks of assigned equipment


• Perform checks and ensure that antivirus definition, Microsoft patches are updated as outlined by Desktop Engineering


• Performs backup for the onsite servers


• Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided


• Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with direct manager and/or direct reports
