Concentrix in Quezon City invites a Technical I, IT Operations to join our Information Technology and Global Security team. The role focuses on hardware/software support, incident handling, and device maintenance across sites, with emphasis on reliable service to staff and clients.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to install, upgrade, and document IT assets while ensuring security and compliance. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience,

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication; able to multi-task and meet timelines.
• Attention to detail and thorough documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with Active Directory.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and engineering groups.
• Provide basic hardware and software support for IT assets.
• Upgrade and maintain hardware and software on office devices.
• Handle incident tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare reports on hardware/software inventory by site.
• Perform site maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
• Ensure antivirus definitions and patches are updated.
• Perform onsite server backups.
• Provide on-call technical support as needed.
• Attend regular 1:1 meetings with manager and team.
