Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an ACE Luzon IT Intern for 2026 to support IT Operations in daily production tasks and provide advanced system-level support across hardware and software. Qualifications

• Experience working in an IT help desk environment and meeting targets.
• Strong technical skills with multi-user OS, hardware and software installation, configuration and maintenance.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Represent IT in front of Site Leaders.
• Coordinate with different portfolio and engineering workgroups.
• Provide telephony support: installation and troubleshooting of phones and voicemail.
• Perform hardware and software upgrades to peripherals.
• Handle break/fix engagements and resolve tech issues for internal/external clients.
• Maintain and submit reports of hardware/software inventory by site and system.
• Perform site maintenance and safety checks of equipment.
• Ensure antivirus definitions and Microsoft patches are updated.
• Resolve trouble tickets and work orders promptly; make independent corrections as needed.
• Tests backups for onsite servers and manage security analyses.
