Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years in IT operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and team inspiration abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Experience in budgeting for a department.
• Skilled in system installation, configuration, and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of networks, cloud computing, data protection operations, and compliance legislation.
• Advanced working knowledge of Office 365, project management tools, and Microsoft technologies.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including night shifts.
• Willing to be based in Subic, Zambales.

Responsibilities

• Supervise servers, networks, and computer systems to monitor performance and plan upgrades.
• Create, update, and enforce IT policies and procedures.
• Handle escalations from help desk and ensure timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with vendors to secure equipment and services.
• Direct system upgrades and data migrations while safeguarding data security.
• Identify risks and implement mitigations to minimize disruptions.
• Carry out additional duties relevant to the position.
