Qualifications

• 5–8 years IT experience with 3–5 years in management.
• Hands-on IT operations, systems administration, and cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, business apps, and ITSM frameworks.
• Certs like ITIL, PMP, CISSP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily IT operations, systems, infrastructure, and user support.
• Develop, implement, and maintain IT strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure security, availability, and reliability of IT systems, including data protection and disaster recovery.
