Job summary

Our Clients is seeking an IT Manager to oversee IT operations, infrastructure, business applications, vendor management, project delivery, and data privacy initiatives. This onsite role in BGC ensures the availability, security, and performance of IT systems while supporting business needs through technology solutions.

The role includes leading IT teams, managing POS connectivity for tenants, overseeing security devices (firewalls & CCTV), coordinating ERP projects, and driving IT governance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT/CS/CE or related field.
• 3–5 years IT management experience, ideally in large commercial centers or mall operations.
• Strong foundation in IT management, infrastructure, and security.
• Experience supporting IT operations across networks, servers, and apps.
• Experience with POS connectivity, ERP systems, firewalls, CCTV, and vendor management.
• Knowledge of SAP, Office 365, AD, and IT governance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure, network, security, and computing resources.
• Ensure availability, security, and reliability of IT systems and services.
• Lead business application development, maintenance, and enhancements.
• Resolve service requests per SLAs and manage IT projects within scope and budget.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, performance, and risk.
• Collaborate with business units to analyze requirements and deliver tech solutions.
• Oversee POS connectivity and server/network support for tenants.
• Monitor IT assets, including firewalls, CCTV, and servers; ensure data privacy compliance.
• Lead data privacy initiatives and regulatory reporting.
