Job summary

PM Consulting in the Philippines is seeking an IT Manager to oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, business systems, and technology operations. This role leads IT initiatives, manages projects, and ensures reliable, secure service delivery across on-site facilities.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, optimize system performance, enforce IT policies, and manage vendor relationships, including SAP integrations when applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, CE, or related field.
• 3–5 years in IT infrastructure, systems admin, network management, or IT operations.
• 2+ years leadership/people management.
• Experience with IT infrastructure including servers, networks, firewalls, CCTV, and business apps.
• SAP experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy, info security, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations across servers, networks, and business systems.
• Manage IT infrastructure including network gear, firewalls, CCTV, and apps.
• Ensure reliable POS connectivity and central server integration for continuity.
• Plan, implement, and support upgrades, projects, and tech initiatives.
• Monitor backups, DR processes, and cybersecurity measures to minimize downtime.
• Lead IT projects from planning to delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Collaborate with units to align tech solutions with business needs.
• Manage vendor relationships, evaluations, and service coordination.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and governance.
