Job summary

Vertiv in the Philippines seeks a Service Spares Sales Order specialist to validate, process, invoice, and deliver customer orders on time. You will support customers through pre-order activities and coordinate with planners, buyers, shipping, and warehouse to ensure seamless fulfillment.

The role requires precise data management, ITC compliance, and strong communication, with ERP experience (Oracle EBS is a plus) and Excel proficiency. A bachelor's degree and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 1–3 years in admin/order management/supply chain or customer service.
• Experience with ERP systems like Oracle EBS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist pre-order activities including part number identification and quotations.
• Process and book sales orders, update customers on status and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with planners, buyers, shipping and warehouse to fulfill orders.
• Maintain accurate data in systems and ensure ITC compliance.
• Respond to inquiries and provide timely order updates.
