Job summary

Adventure Consultancy Solutions Philippines Inc. seeks an IT Asset Management Analyst to act as the technical bridge with a ServiceNow HAM Pro vendor. You will guide requirements, review designs, and ensure governance across asset lifecycles.

You will oversee data reconciliation with Flexera, define KPIs, and build dashboards for inventory, lifecycle status and compliance. Prior experience with HAM Pro and ServiceNow configuration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/engineering or business management.
• At least 5 years in IT Asset Management, ITSM or related IT ops roles.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow HAM Pro and vendor-driven designs.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements for HAM Pro implementation and direct vendor work.
• Review vendor workflows, UI policies, rules, and reporting before go-live.
• Govern ServiceNow HAM Pro integration with Flexera data reconciliation.
• Develop IT asset governance policies and data quality metrics.
• Build dashboards on asset inventory, lifecycle, compliance and risk.
• Identify gaps in IT asset lifecycle and direct corrective actions.
