APW Tech seeks an IT Asset Management analyst to collaborate with ITAM product owners, ServiceNow teams, Flexera administrators, and business stakeholders in Metro Manila to ensure accurate, compliant asset data and integrated IT asset processes.

The role emphasizes governance, lifecycle management, and clear reporting on asset performance and risk, while requiring strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT Asset Management, IT Service Management, or related IT operations roles.
• Proven experience working with ServiceNow ITAM and/or HAM modules.
• Experience with Flexera (or equivalent software asset management tools) and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management, governance, and compliance controls.
• Experience designing or implementing ITAM policies, processes, and performance reporting.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and data management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• ITIL certification or strong working knowledge of ITIL practices is preferred.
