Infinit-O seeks a Client Administration professional in the Philippines to support daily UCITS cash flows, fund reconciliations, and client reporting. This role interfaces between front and back-office teams to ensure accurate onboarding and maintenance of investor accounts.
You will handle timely cash flow reviews, reconcile AUM, and prepare regulatory documents, with a shift schedule 10PM–7AM or 11PM–8AM as noted.
Operations is responsible for supporting the various trading, investment and reporting activities of the firm. The core mission of the Operations group is to establish scalable investment workflows, ensure a controlled operating environment and deliver high-quality client service to both internal and external business relationships. In addition to supporting primary investment related activities, the groups assist in the design and implementation of firm-wide projects, operational due diligence, counterparty management and client-related activities.
The Client Administration (CA) department focuses on managing the onboarding and maintenance of investor accounts. They provide transactional and reporting support to clients and various internal departments. The group acts as an intermediary between the Front Office and Back Office, fielding a myriad of questions and inquiries.
In addition to being the liaison between internal groups, the CA team delivers high-quality client service to external business relationships. The client services group helps build scalable investment workflows and assists in the design and implementation of firm-wide projects, operational due diligence, counterparty management and client related activities.
The Client Administration department is comprised of three groups: Client Reporting, Client Services and Information Management and Lux Fund Services.
Client Services & Information Management is comprised of the Client Services, Investor Service and Data Administration teams. Client Services and Investor Services primary responsibilities include managing client cash flows, preparation of client reporting and responding to various inquiries from clients, consultants, custodians and administrators for both managed accounts and hedge funds respectively. Data Administration's primary responsibilities included verifying the firms AUM data on a daily basis, providing various data components for RFPs and DDQ’s, managing the quarterly eVestment and database updates and producing a full suite of AUM based reporting used across the firm.
Daily review of UCITS cashflows (inflow and outflow) – ensure daily cash flows are received and processed accurately.
Reconciliation of funds and clients daily AUM; validating Admin and AQR records are aligned.
Prepare weekly reconciliation of prices across data sets from admin, AQR and Bloomberg
Complete monthly and quarterly regulatory documents sent to clients – reporting and fund’s marketing/platform materials
Daily review of cash flows received. Ensuring information are booked accurately and properly communicated to respective trade implementation team.
Communicate with internal recon team to confirm no discrepancies with respect to cash flows booked.
Prepare weekly report of all the new accounts for all private funds and have it reviewed onshore for internal dissemination
Keep team's deliverables tracker updated.
Preferably possess knowledge of investments and understand subscriptions and redemptions work.
Has a bachelor’s degree in an area such as Financial Management, Economics, Accounting, or other related business course.
Amenable to report GY shift (10PM to 7AM / 11PM to 8AM)
