Job summary

John Clements Consultants, Inc. seeks an experienced Middle Office Operations professional to manage income processing for fixed income and equity securities, validate accruals, and reconcile cash breaks in a fast-paced environment.

You will review deliverables against SLAs, create training-ready process flows, and leverage Excel, Power BI, AI tools, and Word SOPs to support data-driven MIS reporting. A strong SME mindset and client-focus are essential, with hybrid onsite work 4x per week and

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking Middle Office / Capital markets / Fund Accounting along with Income & Corporate Action processing.
• Experience with Middle Office operations, Income and Corporate Action processes, and Fund Accounting in Investment Banking or Asset Management Companies is preferred.
• Understanding of Investment Manager and Custody business will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily Income processing and validation for Fixed Income and Equity securities.
