Job summary

JPMorganChase in Metro Manila is seeking a Client Onboarding Analyst to coordinate new account onboarding and lifecycle events for investment accounts. You will drive project execution, align stakeholders, and maintain high-quality documentation within established timeframes.

You will support continuous improvement, manage risks, and provide status updates to senior stakeholders, contributing to efficient and compliant onboarding operations across teams and partners.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in asset management operations, wealth management operations, or investment banking operations.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional workstreams and delivering against deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders across seniority levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with business stakeholders and external partners.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new account onboarding activities for investment accounts, including onboarding checklists and required setup documentation.
• Manage account lifecycle events (mergers, liquidations, closures, in-specie transfers, custody changes) with accurate tracking and timely completion.
• Drive project execution for investment and operational solutions.
• Create and maintain project plans, process flows, and runbooks translating business requirements into deliverables.
• Schedule and document regular stakeholder meetings, tracking actions across multiple workstreams.
• Provide clear status updates highlighting milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Escalate issues and support root cause analysis and resolution tracking.
• Develop and maintain functional procedures and project management tools for consistent delivery.
• Review outcomes and identify opportunities to improve processes.
