Job summary

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of financial products and onboarding implications.
• Understanding trade lifecycle from inception to settlement.
• Strong written and spoken communication across seniority levels.
• Experience coordinating multiple initiatives from planning to delivery.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; comfortable with web tools.
• Ability to identify risks, document processes, and implement controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for institutional and strategic clients.
• Coordinate account lifecycle events including mergers, liquidations, closures, transfers, and custody changes.
• Serve as primary client contact during onboarding and delivery.
• Lead internal and external meetings to align scope, timelines, and dependencies.
• Maintain onboarding docs, checklists, and project plans for transparency.
• Execute control checkpoints and secure required approvals before launch.
• Apply SME knowledge to day-to-day decisions within risk controls.
• Partner with internal teams to readiness for new business initiatives.
• Communicate status, risks, and issues, escalating as needed.
• Share best practices with global onboarding partners; contribute to standardization.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience.
