Job summary

JPMorganChase in Manila is seeking a Client Onboarding Analyst to coordinate new account onboarding and lifecycle events for investment products. You will drive project execution, align stakeholders, and maintain high-quality documentation and governance.

This role offers exposure across operations, investment teams, and custody partners, with focus on delivering changes on time, identifying risks, and ensuring transparent, controlled delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in asset management operations, wealth management operations, or investment banking operations.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional workstreams and meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder updates at all levels.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with business partners.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain high-quality delivery under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new account onboarding activities for investment accounts and required setup documentation.
• Manage account lifecycle events such as mergers, liquidations, and custody changes.
• Drive account-related projects supporting investment and operational solutions.
• Build and maintain project plans, process flows, and runbooks translating requirements into deliverables.
• Schedule, lead, and document stakeholder meetings across concurrent workstreams.
• Provide clear status updates highlighting milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Escalate issues promptly and support root-cause analysis and resolution tracking.
• Develop, review, and maintain functional procedures and project management tools.
• Review outcomes and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
