You will coordinate end-to-end custodian, market, broker, and standing instruction set-up and maintenance for new launches and ongoing changes. Qualifications

• 3 years of custody operations or market onboarding experience
• Working knowledge of standing instructions and cash accounts
• Familiar with SWIFT concepts and RMA controls
• Experience coordinating with external custodians and internal stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to validate reference data with audit trails
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent set-ups with tight deadlines
• Strong written communication and proactive follow-up

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end setup and maintenance for markets, brokers, custodians, and standing instructions
• Capture, log, and track onboarding and change requests in trackers with audit trail
• Validate standing instructions and perform required validations prior to downstream distribution
• Collect and validate market identifiers and maintain reference data records
• Coordinate completion of market-specific requirements across internal teams and external providers
• Prepare and deliver regular status reports to stakeholder lists
• Manage communications with custodians and third parties to resolve setup queries
• Validate key reference data attributes and escalate discrepancies
• Support readiness activities for new launches and daily progress forums
• Drive timely completion communications to stakeholders when setups are confirmed
• Identify risks and control gaps and contribute to process improvements
