• Experience in financial services onboarding or client service delivery.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and ongoing lifecycle management for client accounts and mandates, including key change events.
• Manage tactical and strategic implementation projects supporting new business opportunities and regulatory initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle from initiation through post-implementation review with clear scope and milestones.
• Translate business requirements into executable project plans, onboarding checklists, and runbooks.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including onboarding info and product specs.
• Plan, schedule, and lead regular stakeholder meetings; document actions and follow-ups.
• Provide clear status updates and perform root cause analysis to resolve issues.
• Partner with stakeholders to re-engineer service models for scalability and better controls.
• Identify risk and control gaps and support mitigation actions.
• Liaise with external parties to support delivery (consultants, custodians, transition managers).
• Provide coordination support for the Manila-based team supporting fund and account activities.
