Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and ongoing lifecycle management for new and existing client accounts.
• Manage strategic implementation projects for new business opportunities and regulatory initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end initiatives with clear scope, milestones and ownership.
• Translate requirements into executable project plans, checklists, and runbooks.
• Maintain project documentation and status materials, updating stakeholders.
• Plan and lead stakeholder meetings; document actions and follow-ups.
• Provide status updates and perform root cause analysis for issues.
• Re-engineer operating models to improve scalability and controls.
• Identify risk gaps and support mitigation actions aligned to standards.
• Liaise with external parties to support successful delivery.
• Provide coordination support for the Manila-based team handling fund and account activities.
